The Florida GOP had the power to do much this legislative session to improve the patient experience in Florida.  This session they advanced a bill to destroy the 10,000+ hemp businesses in Florida to Governor DeSantis's desk instead.  Encourage Gov. Ron DeSantis to veto HB 1613.

The DeSantis administration and the Florida GOP have full control of the legislature with a super majority in both houses.  Their failure to act on protecting the civil rights of medical marijuana patients is willful and malicious.
